Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized In-House Storekeeper to manage the daily operations of the store and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate should ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials while keeping the storeroom clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries
- Organize and store items properly in the stockroom
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
- Prepare and issue materials requested by departments
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Conduct regular inventory and stock counting
- Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of items
- Keep the store area clean, safe, and organized
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team when needed
- Follow company policies and inventory procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stock and physical inventory tasks
- Basic computer knowledge, especially in Excel
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
