In-Office Appointment Setter / Phone Representative – Family-Owned Water Treatment Company
Join our friendly, family-run water filtration business where hard work and positive energy are appreciated every day! We’re looking for a motivated in-office assistant to handle both outbound and inbound phone calls, helping homeowners schedule FREE water testing & Service appointments.
Position Details:
- Pay: $18 per hour to start, plus a two-tiered bonus plan based on performance.
- Hours: 25–35 per week, flexible scheduling options (full or part time).
- Availability: Must be able to work Saturday mornings.
- Location: One office location – calm, relaxed, and family-oriented environment.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to local homeowners about free water testing.
- Handle incoming calls and assist with scheduling and service inquiries.
- Accurately record appointment details and maintain customer notes.
- Represent our company with friendliness, professionalism, and confidence on every call.
Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year in sales, telemarketing, collections, or outbound phone work.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and reliability.
