Our growing, relationship-centered private dental practice is looking for an In-Office Call Center Coordinator who will be the friendly, confident first impression for our patients. What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound patient calls with warmth and professionalism

Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

Reactivate overdue patients and help families stay on track with care

Assist with treatment scheduling and financial discussions

Respond to online inquiries and patient messages

Support the front office team to keep our days running smoothly

Create an exceptional patient experience from the very first “Hello!”
