Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target medical practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations for our billing services.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and detailed presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Manage existing client accounts with proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or service expansion.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions and closing sales effectively.
- Perform outside sales activities including visiting potential clients’ offices, attending industry events, and networking within healthcare communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, especially within medical or healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical sales presentations.
