We’re hiring an in-person marketer to help us grow enterprise and B2B technology offerings through a mix of hands-on content creation, performance marketing, and data analysis.
This role is for someone who enjoys playing with technology—testing tools, experimenting with platforms, setting up equipment, and learning how systems behave. You’ll be creating educational content, building and optimizing ad campaigns, and tracking what actually converts.
This is not a social-media-only role. You’ll be involved from concept to execution to measurement.

- Create B2B and enterprise-focused ad creatives (video, image, and written)
- Produce educational and explainer videos for technical products and services
- Take high-quality photos for marketing campaigns and posts
- Appear on camera when needed (product demos, explainers, interviews)
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment confidently
- Handle basic video editing and post-production
Advertising & Growth
- Build, manage, and iterate on B2B ad campaigns across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Amazon where applicable)
- Develop messaging for technical and enterprise buyers
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnels systematically
Analytics & Optimization
- Track conversions, ROI, ACOS, and other performance metrics
- Analyze results and adjust campaigns based on data
- Maintain clear performance reporting and insights
- Optimize marketing efforts for efficiency and qualified pipeline, not vanity metrics
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with sales and leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, educational content
- Experiment with new tools, platforms, and tech as part of ongoing improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B or enterprise technology marketing
- Comfortable on camera and behind it
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
- Experience tracking ROI, conversions, and campaign efficiency
- Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar)
- Curiosity about technology and how systems work
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing hardware, infrastructure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and attribution models
- Copywriting experience for technical audiences
- Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills
- SEO or long-form educational content experience
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent production of high-quality enterprise-grade content
- Measurable improvements in lead quality and conversion rates
- Data-driven decisions, not guesswork
- Marketing output that directly supports sales and revenue
