In-Person K-12 English Language Arts Teacher

EDUBUS is looking for energetic and passionate Language Arts teachers for K to Grade 12. At our company, we provide exemplary classes on multiple subjects for students in southern California locally. We are currently looking for someone to teach in-person classes.

This is a teaching position. As an EDUBUS teacher, you will:

● Teach reading and writing classes to K-G12 students

● Support students with diverse backgrounds, including English language learners

● Be responsible for lesson plans, assessments, and assignments

Required Qualifications

● Must be able to work on site (Irvine, CA)

● Prior experience of teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students in elementary and middle schools

● Prior experience of teaching or tutoring English reading and writing

● Have a passion for teaching children

● Enthusiastic, self-driven, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications

● BA degree in English or Writing (or related field)

● Prior experience in standardized test preparation tutoring is a great plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
