About Us

Creative Minds Learning Center is a private tutoring and enrichment program dedicated to helping K–12 students build confidence and close learning gaps through remediation, differentiated instruction, and test prep.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated college students and recent graduates who enjoy working with kids and want to make a difference in their community. Tutors will provide one-on-one and small group support in math, reading, science, and test prep.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring in assigned subject(s)
• Adapt lessons to meet student needs (remediation & differentiation)
• Track student progress and communicate with parents/staff
• Support enrichment programs (STEM camps, study sessions, etc.)

Qualifications

• College student or recent graduate (all majors welcome; Education, Math, Science, and English preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus (but not required)
