As the In-Room Dining Supervisor at Delano Dubai, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the in-room dining department. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Supervise and motivate the In-Room Dining team to deliver outstanding service.
- Conduct daily briefings, ensuring all team members are informed about daily specials, guest preferences, and operational updates.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
Guest Service Excellence:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a personalized approach to service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-room dining stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Quality Control & Standards:
- Inspect food and beverage presentations to ensure they meet Delano's high standards.
- Implement and uphold service protocols, ensuring consistency and quality in every guest interaction.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on departmental performance, inventory usage, and guest satisfaction metrics.
