In-Shop Heavy-Duty Alignment & Suspension Technician

Heavy-Duty Truck Suspension & Alignment Technician (Shop Position – Pompano Beach)

We are looking for an experienced and dependable technician to join our Pompano Beach shop, specializing in heavy-duty truck suspension and alignment work. This is a hands-on, in-shop role for someone who understands truck suspension systems and can work with minimal supervision.

Alignment experience is not required — we will train the right person — but strong, real-world experience with heavy-duty truck suspension is mandatory.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair suspension issues on medium- and heavy-duty trucks
• Perform work on kingpins, bushings, tie rods, shocks, and other front-end components
• Handle alignment jobs (training provided)
• Inspect vehicles and identify wear, damage, and needed repairs
• Keep work consistent, efficient, and up to shop standards

• Proven experience working on heavy-duty truck suspension systems (required)
• Strong mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Reliable, hard-working, and takes pride in quality work

Requirements:

• Experience with diesel or heavy-duty trucks
• Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
