Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic In-Store Influencer to elevate our brand presence and engage customers in our retail locations. As an In-Store Influencer, you will leverage your social media expertise, creative flair, and passion for marketing to connect with shoppers, promote products, and create memorable in-store experiences. Responsibilities

  • Actively promote products and brand messaging within the store environment through live demonstrations, social media content creation, and interactive campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, to attract foot traffic and online followers.
  • Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute promotional events that enhance customer experience and increase product visibility.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email marketing, and marketing automation platforms to amplify in-store campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising insights, and other analytics tools to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Engage with customers both face-to-face and online by providing personalized recommendations and fostering community loyalty.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in multichannel marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, and advertising sales to continuously innovate promotional efforts.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating compelling visual content.
  • Experience with content management systems like WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML for website updates.
  • Skilled in research, copywriting, and crafting persuasive messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising methods.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Excellent sales skills combined with product management experience to effectively promote offerings within the store setting.
  • Competence in budgeting for promotional activities while maintaining alignment with overall marketing goals.
