In-Store Sales Promoter - for Hair Care, Vitamins and Baby Care Products - Females Only

FITAMINAT is looking for a proactive experienced In-Store Sales Promoter for sales of haircare, vitamins and baby products. This position is for the candidates who can join immediately.

The main job description for In-Store Sales Promoter is to boost brand awareness and sales in retail spaces by directly engaging customers, demonstrating products, offering samples, providing expert advice, and setting up attractive displays to drive purchases and meet revenue goals. You will essentially act as brand ambassador for our products, focused on creating positive experiences, answering questions, and converting shoppers into buyers through direct interaction.

To promote products in retail outlets, increase sales, ensure brand visibility, and engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote products to customers and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked according to company guidelines.
• Maintain excellent relationships with store management and staff.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling where applicable.
• Report daily/weekly sales activities and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards at retail locations.

Requirements:

• Female candidates (Our haircare product is mainly for female customers)
• Having own visa is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or brand promotion preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
