Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt.

The In-Store Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets. The role involves guiding customers through eyewear selections, building long-term relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism inside the store.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about eyewear and fashion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting prescription eyewear and sunglasses that match their needs, style, and budget
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with repeat and VIP customers
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of brands, lenses, and trends
  • Handle basic operational tasks such as stock presentation and store organization
  • Support new staff training and contribute to team performance when required
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times


Salary & Compensation

  • Total Monthly Income: from EGP 7,000 up to EGP 40,000 based on performance
  • Uncapped commissions, bonuses, and target-based incentives

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or luxury retail
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Interest in eyewear, fashion, and premium brands
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required; English is an advantage
