Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The In-store Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and effective retail displays. Duties include arranging product displays, setting up promotional displays, ensuring that the store layout aligns with brand guidelines, and collaborating with store management to optimize sales. The role also involves maintaining the overall visual aesthetics of the store.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Retail Sales and Organization Skills
• Ability to train staff on visual merchandising standards and practices
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field
