Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Package Creation & Sales

  • Develop and design inbound and outbound holiday packages based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
  • Promote tour packages through calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Upsell extra services such as tours, transfers, travel insurance, and upgrades.

2. Customer Handling

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand client preferences and recommend suitable travel options.
  • Provide detailed travel advice on destinations, attractions, visa rules, and hotel options.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. Supplier Coordination

  • Communicate and negotiate with hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, and tourism partners.
  • Request competitive rates, confirm bookings, and secure availability.
  • Coordinate with global partners for outbound packages and local suppliers for inbound services.

4. Booking & Operations

  • Handle end-to-end booking: flights, hotels, tours, transfers, activities.
  • Ensure all confirmations, vouchers, and invoices are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Monitor ongoing trips and provide support in case of changes, delays, or emergencies.
  • Maintain booking records and update internal systems.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and travel regulations.
  • Assist customers with visa documentation and travel requirements.
  • Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and maintain financial accuracy.

6. Market Research & Product Development

  • Keep track of market trends, new destinations, and competitor offerings.
  • Identify new opportunities to create attractive travel packages.
  • Update team and management on demand patterns and seasonal promotions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel and tourism (inbound/outbound).
  • Strong knowledge of international and local destinations.
  • Familiarity with DMC partners, hotels, airlines, and tourism suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional itineraries and quotations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GDS/booking engines (Amadeus, Galileo is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
