What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide support or information
• Log call details and update customer records accurately
• Resolve basic inquiries or route calls to the appropriate team
• Maintain a professional and helpful tone during high call volumes
• Follow internal processes to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable using a computer while handling calls
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, not required

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Shifts may include mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Schedules provided in advance when possible
