Inbound Call Center Representative

Job Title: Reservation/ Sales Consultant

Department: Sales & Reservations
Location: Mumbai
Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Reservation Consultant will handle all customer interactions related to bookings, ensuring a seamless and professional reservation experience. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communication, understanding customer requirements, and securing bookings while adhering to service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats for reservation inquiries.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by offering the best possible options.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entry into CRM and booking systems.
  • Pitch product offerings based on customer preferences and availability.
  • Close deals independently and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Achieve individual and team booking targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle basic objections.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all products, pricing, offers, and procedures.
  • Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Sales-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
