Inbound Call Center Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our inbound call center team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and identify sales opportunities to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous call center or sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
