Duties

• Respond promptly and courteously to all inbound calls, delivering excellent customer support and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Assist clients with product information, service details, and account-related questions using clear and friendly communication
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services or solutions, supporting sales objectives through effective conversation techniques
• Collect and accurately input data into company systems, including customer details, call notes, and transaction information
• Manage client concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance at all times
• Follow phone etiquette standards to create a positive experience for every caller

Skills
