Inbound Call Representative

Overview
Join our dental team as an Inbound Call Representative, where your energetic communication skills and customer-focused attitude will drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and partner offices, providing friendly, efficient support via phone and digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls with a positive attitude, addressing patient questions promptly and professionally
  • Follow office protocols to help patients in a quick and accurate manner
  • Document all interactions accurately through data entry in our customer management systems
  • Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Dental experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly over the phone
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic analysis skills to identify customer needs and escalate issues appropriately
