Inbound Communications Specialist

Excel Telemessaging is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Inbound Communication Specialists to join our team at our Venice office.

We provide 24/7 professional telephone answering services for a wide variety of businesses including medical professionals, attorneys, property managers, and other service-based companies. Our team serves as the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, so professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Important:
This position is on-site in Venice, FL and is not remote.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for multiple client accounts
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to callers
• Accurately take and relay messages
• Follow client-specific instructions and call protocols
• Enter information into our computer system quickly and accurately
• Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor with callers

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Customer-service oriented
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Clear, professional speakers with excellent diction
• Able to type at least 35 WPM
• Computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Willing to go above and beyond for callers and clients

Availability Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Flexible schedule availability is a plus
