Inbound Goods Receiving Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory & Inbound Operations Manager to lead all receiving and inventory control functions within our warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into broader operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all inbound shipments, including scheduling, receiving, and putaway
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements
• Manage and improve receiving workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Collaborate with warehouse, fulfillment, and client success teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records in the WMS and ensure data integrity
• Train and supervise receiving and inventory staff
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions
• Support onboarding of new clients from an inventory and inbound perspective

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
• Strong understanding of inventory systems (WMS experience preferred)
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a 3PL or eCommerce fulfillment environment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
