Job Summary
InsureOmni is looking for motivated Inbound Insurance Agents to join our growing team! This is a 100% inbound sales role — you’ll be helping customers who are already contacting us, so there is no cold calling required. We provide a two-week paid training program to set you up In-Office. Transition to hybrid with 2 days a week in office after training

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to help clients.
• Sales experience (insurance or other) is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do:

• Take inbound calls from prospective customers — no cold calling.
• Guide clients through insurance options and help them choose the best coverage.
• Meet a sales goal of 6–12 policies per day.
• Deliver excellent service and build long-term client relationships.

Work Location: Tampa, FL (on-site training; hybrid/remote eligibility after 2 weeks) Transition to hybrid remote with in office work as needed for scheduled trainings and team events.

Shifts available are 10am-7pm or 11pm-8pm. *Must be available 1 Saturday a month

Must have your own Laptop and headset and minimal background noise at home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
