What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads & quote requests
• Quote across multiple carriers to win more business
• Close policies + cross-sell coverage
• Build and retain a book of business

Compensation

• $50K–$55K base salary
• Uncapped commission + bonuses
• Target earnings: ~$125K/year (top performers exceed this)
