Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads to further sales and develop relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with all Diesel Laptop’s products and services.
• Collect, load, and maintain records of sales and customer info using CRM software.
• Schedule and complete daily tasks, maintaining communication with clients/prospects.
• Understand and execute all company and departmental standard operating procedures.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Self-assess and self-improve sales skills to increase personal success (KAIZEN)

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of principles and methods to show, promote, and sell products or services.
• Strong background with computers through previous work experience or education.
• High-level active listening and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent critical thinking and customer service skills
• Salesforce experience, preferred.

Education: 4-year degree preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience: 2-years of sales experience, preferred; phone sales experience in a call center environment a plus.

Language: English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Physical Requirements: Sitting and typing for long periods of time.
