Inbound Sales & Client Inquiry Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to manage inbound client inquiries from platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding project requirements, and conducting technical discussions to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries received through Fiverr and Upwork.
• Understand client requirements and communicate project details effectively.
• Conduct technical discussions or meetings with clients to clarify scope and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project understanding.
• Maintain professional communication with clients to build strong relationships.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to understand technical project requirements.
• Willingness to work in night shift, with flexibility to move to a day shift if required.
