Inbound Sales Consultant– Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA

Guardian Tax is building a high-performing inbound sales team in Irvine and is looking for driven Sales Consultants. You'll work exclusively with inbound leads from individuals seeking assistance with IRS debt and tax relief solutions—no cold outreach required.

In this role, you will take live inbound calls, uncover client needs, present appropriate solutions, address concerns, and confidently guide prospects through the closing process.

• 15% commission on all closed revenue
• Average earnings: $7,000–$13,000 per month

Work Environment

Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• Full-time, in-office role (Irvine, CA)
