Position Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, motivated individual to handle inbound phone sales and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their work.

This is a long-term role with opportunities to grow into sales, operations, or other areas of the business for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries and orders
• Help customers identify the correct turbochargers and related parts
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
• Resolve customer issues and follow through to completion
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, warehouse, purchasing)

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented and accountable—you take ownership of outcomes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks

Nice to Have:

• Experience in sales or customer service (especially automotive or related industries)
• Ecommerce experience
• Interest in or passion for engines, turbochargers, cars, trucks, or marine applications

Compensation and Benefits:

• $24–$30/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (in-office)
