Inbound Sales & Lead Manager

Full-Time | In-Office

American Standard Restoration is a growing restoration company seeking a full-time Inbound Sales & Lead Manager to handle incoming calls through online leads.

This role is primarily office-based and involves answering phones, working at a computer, managing lead tracking systems, and helping convert inbound inquiries into booked jobs.

We generate high-value inbound leads through multiple online platforms. Each call matters. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, thinks quickly, and can confidently guide conversations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries
  • Qualify leads and gather accurate information
  • Use company systems and strategies to properly handle each call
  • Track leads and job progress using spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in reporting
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking referral-based leads

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment

We will train the right candidate on industry knowledge and internal processes. Prior restoration experience is not required, but will be prioritized if the candidate has it.

Full-time position. Competitive compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
