Inbound Sales Specialist – Career Opportunity for Freshers & Professionals

Connect Sure is looking for Experienced, Fresh graduate, motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle incoming leads, understand customer needs, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Positive attitude and team player
