Connect Sure is looking for Experienced, Fresh graduate, motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to handle incoming leads, understand customer needs, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Positive attitude and team player
