Inbound Sales Specialist Fresher and experiance

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, understanding client needs, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
• Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
