We Are Hiring: Inbound Telecom Sales Agent

Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 110,000 - 150,000 (based on experience) + Commission (up to PKR 300,000)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Inbound Telecom Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven ability to close sales in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from US-based customers
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain and update CRM records, including follow-ups
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of inbound telecom sales experience (mandatory)
• Experience with US telecom campaigns (e.g., Spectrum, AT&T) is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong sales closing skills with a target-oriented mindset
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts
