Cafe Rio is now hiring part-time and full-time Inbound To-Go call center representatives at our Call Center, with potential work-from-home options available! As a member of our elite team, you will be primarily responsible for answering calls from customers looking to place phone in To-Go orders. Great customer service and phone skills will lead you to success in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to work variety of shifts. Part-time and Full-time available!
• Self-motivated
• Communicates well with Management and Coworkers
• Works well under pressure; leverages strong time management skills to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service oriented with strong listening skills and attention to detail
