Description:
AZ VIP Plumbing is seeking a motivated Inbound/Outbound Call Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll call our existing customer base to schedule plumbing inspections, maintenance, and other services, while also handling incoming calls professionally. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping ensure their experience with us is smooth and positive.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schedule plumbing inspections and services.
• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Update customer records and appointment schedules accurately.
• Confirm appointments and follow up as needed.
• Provide clear information on services, pricing, and promotions.
• Meet daily/weekly call and booking goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Positive, professional attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using phone systems and scheduling software.
