Role Overview
As a Content Writer for our SaaS products, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content. You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that enhances brand awareness, generates leads, and supports customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Develop product-centric content such as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to help customers understand and utilize our SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to translate technical information into easy-to-understand content.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Research industry trends, competitor content strategies, and customer pain points to inform content creation.
  • Work with designers and developers to enhance content presentation and user experience.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all content channels.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably for SaaS or tech-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure content effectiveness.
  • Strong research skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with B2B SaaS content writing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of UX writing principles.
  • Portfolio of published SaaS-related content.
