Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with 3–5 years of experience, specializing in Fast Formulas across OTL (Time & Labor), Payroll, and Benefits. The consultant will be responsible for building, customizing, and supporting technical components within Fusion HCM, ensuring business requirements are met with high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion HCM for OTL, Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI Analytics.
  • Create and manage HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts for data migration and updates.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting in OTL, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
  • Provide production support and resolve technical issues within agreed SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in writing Fast Formulas for:
  • OTL (Time & Labor)
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Experience in HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and HDL.
  • Good understanding of the Fusion HCM data model and technical architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Compensation and Absence Management Fast Formulas.
  • Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for HCM integrations.
  • Familiarity with security roles and approvals in HCM.
