  • Utilize multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases, expanding market reach.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as tracking leads, updating client records, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Apply analysis skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities for strategic planning.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining positive rapport.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting brand awareness through community engagement and digital channels.
  • Assist benefits administration when applicable by explaining product options and guiding clients through enrollment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy standards such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information during insurance or health-related sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software for managing client data effectively.
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting market data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Experience or interest in insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation, organization, and time management skills.
