Position Type: 1099 / Independent Contractor / Full time

NNEAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Damage Appraiser to join our team, servicing Eastern MA . This is a field-based, independent contractor role operating from your home office and traveling to inspection sites.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage your own appointments
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and take detailed photographs
• Prepare accurate damage estimates using CCC1
• Negotiate repair costs with body shops and mechanical facilities
• Submit timely and professional reports

Requirements:

• MA Auto Damage Appraiser license.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in auto damage appraisals
• Proficiency with CCC1 estimating software
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Heavy equipment and specialty vehicle experience a plus for additional assignments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus

Work Environment:

• Home-based with regular travel to inspection sites
• Flexible schedule with autonomy over your daily workflow
