Omnisparkle Janitorial Services is seeking a reliable Independent Cleaning Contractor for a commercial night account in Lewisville, TX.

This is a steady part-time contract opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and can consistently maintain professional cleaning standards. The account is serviced Monday through Friday at night and is a good fit for an independent cleaner looking for stable, ongoing work.

Scope of Work

• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
• Wipe down surfaces and high-touch areas
• Spot clean doors, glass, and entry points as needed
• Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and service standards
• Communicate any supply needs, maintenance concerns, or site issues promptly
• Check in and out on mobile app

• Dependable and consistent
• Detail-oriented with strong cleaning standards
• Professional communication
• Must have personal and reliable transportation
• Able to manage assigned responsibilities and follow established site expectations
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Night shift availability Monday through Friday

Contract Structure

• Part-time 1099 contract opportunity
• Monday through Friday night schedule

• Additional accounts or project work may become available for the right fit
