We partner with clients across industries to deliver measurable outcomes in large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, and operational improvements.

We are expanding our partner consultant network and are seeking experienced, high-impact professionals to collaborate on client engagements.

Role Overview

We are looking for strategic, execution-oriented consultants with expertise in OCM, Project/Program Management, and Digital Adoption to support transformation initiatives across our client portfolio.

This is not a traditional full-time role—it is an opportunity to join a curated network of trusted advisors who are deployed on high-impact engagements aligned to their expertise.

You will play a key role in helping organizations navigate complex change, drive user adoption, and deliver business value from transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Organizational Change Management (OCM)

• Develop and execute end-to-end OCM strategies aligned to business and transformation objectives
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
• Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies
• Support leadership alignment and drive adoption across all levels of the organization

Project / Program Management (PMO)

• Lead or support project and program delivery for transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP, HRIS, digital platforms)
• Establish and manage PMO governance, reporting, and execution frameworks
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination

Digital Adoption & Transformation

• Drive user adoption strategies for new systems, tools, and processes
• Partner with business and technology teams to improve end-user experience and utilization
• Leverage tools and methodologies (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo, Enablement frameworks) where applicable
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement

Client & Advisory Engagement

• Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and working groups
• Provide thought leadership and strategic advisory to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and solutioning as needed
• Represent Lampkin Brown with professionalism and a client-first mindset

Ideal Experience & Background

• 7–15+ years in OCM, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting
• Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, custom platforms)
• Strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in client-facing environments
• Experience working in consulting firms (Big 4 or boutique) is a plus
