Independent Contractor (1099) – Medical, Courier and Dryvan routes- Greater Seattle Area

Local, In-Person Contract Opportunity

This is a local, in-person Independent Contractor opportunity supporting scheduled and routed courier and delivery services originating in and around Seattle, Washington with service coverage throughout the greater Seattle Metro and surrounding areas.

Ingenious Business Solutions, LLC (IBS) is a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) seeking professional Independent Contractors (ICs) to support long-term, contracted transportation and logistics work.

This is not a W-2 position. This is a 1099 independent contractor relationship operating under formal client contracts.

Veteran operators and veteran-owned businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.

Contract Environment & Work Types

IBS supports structured, contract-based logistics, not gig or app-based delivery models.

Primary work includes:

• Dedicated courier routes
• Medical & time-sensitive deliveries
• Scheduled daily and weekly lanes
• Routed services with defined start/end times
• Box truck
• OTR
• Dedicated Powercab and dryvans

Optional / Additional Opportunities (Not Required):
Independent Contractors interested in expanding beyond routed work may also access:

• STAT / on-demand courier work
• Load board opportunities
• Hot shot and expedited runs
• Dedicated line hauls
• dedicated OTR

Participation in these additional services is optional and based on performance, availability, and operational capability.

Vehicle Types Accepted

• Cargo vans
• Delivery vans
• SUVs and well-suited sedans (for courier/medical routes)
• Box trucks (for applicable lanes)
• Power Cabs

Vehicles must be well-maintained, clean, and serviceable.

Compensation & Payment Terms

Note: Indeed requires a pay range for posting purposes only. This is a contract-based Independent Contractor opportunity, not hourly employment.

Payment Terms:

• Net-7
• Paid weekly (Wednesdays)
• Invoices must be submitted by Sunday at 5:00 PM

Compensation varies based on:

• Route type
• Distance
• Vehicle class
• Contract scope

Consistent routes and higher earnings are available for dependable operators.

Compliance Requirements (ICs Must Have)

Independent Contractors must maintain:

• Valid driver’s license (appropriate to vehicle class)
• Current vehicle registration
• Required insurance coverage (auto + general liability as applicable)
• Proper authorities, certifications, or registrations for the platform and work type applied for
• Reliable smartphone with email and text capability
• Ability to meet client, safety, and delivery compliance standards

IBS works exclusively with contractors who can operate professionally and compliantly under formal agreements.

Onboarding Timeline

• Initial review: 3–5 business days
• Compliance verification & contracting: 5–10 business days
• Route assignment based on availability and operational fit

Onboarding speed depends on responsiveness and documentation readiness.
