Independent Contractor Courier Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Courier to join our team at Acutis. We are a fast-growing clinical laboratory. We pride ourselves on providing expert, accurate, and concise results as a product of our highly talented and passionate team of professionals.

As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting specimens to their designated locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and providing exceptional customer service.

Scope of work -

• Must use Personal Vehicle
• Willing to complete hours needed to complete routes, local pick up and deliveries.
• Transport supplies and specimens from one location to another
• Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery/pick up details
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Experience:

• Familiarity with route driving and navigating different locations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for supporting documentation
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Must have a clean driving record; record must be provided at agreement for project.

Role Type:

• Independent Contractor Courier

Available Times:

• Weekdays, Nights, and Weekends available
• Evenings, routes take place anywhere between 5:00 PM 2:00 AM, flexible as needed
• Flexible Scheduling

Location:

Hicksville, NY

Benefits:

• Mileage reimbursement

Pay Information:

$65- $135 per day depending on tiered route assignment

IN ADDITION to route pay, Courier will receive Mileage reimbursement
