Independent contractor for MedSpa - LASH & BROW Specialist - looking for space

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Independent Contractor to join our MedSpa team as a LASH & BROW Specialist. Responsibilities

• Perform professional lash extension and brow shaping treatments, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
• Provide consultations to recommend suitable lash and brow styles tailored to individual features and preferences.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software.
• Promote services through social media management and personal branding efforts to attract new clients.
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations for optimal results.
• Upsell additional treatments such as dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, or brow tinting to enhance client experience.
• Keep abreast of current trends in lash and brow artistry, including color theory, styling techniques, and new product demos.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in lash and brow treatments.
• Proven experience in eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and related cosmetic procedures within a MedSpa or salon setting.
• Familiarity with salon management software for scheduling and client records.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and other esthetic treatments is preferred.
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and social media management to grow your clientele.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a hospitality-oriented environment.
