• Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client concerns.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health histories, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop personalized treatment plans that optimize results.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with privacy standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines.
• Foster excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions or concerns, and building trusting relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Valid massage therapy license or certification in accordance with local regulations.
• Proven experience with patient service, patient assessment, and various massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as an contractor while managing your schedule effectively.
