We are looking for a dedicated Driver Recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings for Class A CDL Drivers. The primary responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter include identifying hiring needs, reviewing reports, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and filing paperwork.

A successful Driver Recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, impeccable phone etiquette, and keeps informed in company hiring practices. A good Driver Recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

Driver Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with dispatchers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting phone interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment status updates to Recruiting Manager.
• Offering driver applicants current information on the company including, benefits, facilities, operations, compensation, and driving opportunities.
• Gathers and analyzes information to ensure applicants are qualified and applications are complete.
• Reads, reviews and synthesizes MVRs and PSP reports.
• Processes all driver paperwork to complete application folder.
• Performs initial verifications for previous work history on qualified drivers.
• Schedules drug tests and physicals.
• Schedules travel for out-of-state applicants.

Driver Recruiter Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional phone etiquette.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making skills.
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.

Job Type: Full-time and Part Time positons open

Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per week
