Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in caregiving preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing clients' quality of life.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Background check clearance and any required certifications in caregiving.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
