Independent House Cleaner (Weekly Service – Flat Rate, 1099)

Description: I am looking for an independent cleaner to handle weekly residential cleaning as a service (not hourly employment). This is a consistent, once-per-week role with a fixed rate per visit, plus an additional monthly deep-clean service.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You must operate independently, provide your own supplies, and manage your own schedule.

Scope of Work (Outcome-Based):

Weekly Cleaning (1x per week):

• Upstairs bedroom: vacuum carpet
• Second bedroom: vacuum and mop hardwood floor
• Upstairs bathroom: clean sink, mirror, toilet, and floors
• Upstairs hallway: mop floor
• Main level: vacuum/sweep and mop floors
• Kitchen: clean/spray counters and complete dishes

Monthly Deep Cleaning (1x per month, included with one visit):

• Clean upstairs shower
• Wipe down dresser, TV stand, and end tables
• Clean stove and refrigerator
• Clean kitchen table
• Vacuum stairs going upstairs
• Sweep and mop stairs going downstairs
• Clean two outdoor tables

Compensation:

• $75 per weekly cleaning visit
• Every 4th visit (including deep-clean items): $150

Compensation is fixed per completed visit based on successful completion of the agreed cleaning scope and standards (not hourly).

Requirements:

• Reliable and consistent
• Able to complete work to defined standards without supervision

Schedule:

You determine your own day/time each week (consistent preferred)

Pay: $30.00 per hour
