Independent Inventory Contractor

Job Description:

Riggins Inventory Services, LLC is seeking detail-oriented Independent Contractors to complete merchandise inventories at Circle K convenience stores across Oklahoma.

Contractors perform accurate scanning and counting of store merchandise using company-provided equipment that connects to the customer’s system.
This is active work requiring mobility, focus, and accuracy — ideal for those who enjoy hands-on projects and short travel assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Scan and record merchandise counts accurately and efficiently
• Follow customer-provided schedules for assigned store visits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Travel to store locations (some overnight stays required)

Schedule:

• 3–4 days per week
• Schedule based on customer needs
• Travel required

Compensation Tiers: Tier Rate Description

Tier 1 - $200 per store - Local stores

Tier 2 - $250 per store - Regional stores

Tier 3 - $300 per store - Extended-area stores

Tier 4 - $450 per store - Travel stores requiring overnight stay (includes travel stipend and lodging per diem)

All pay is per store project. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and record keeping.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Basic communication and reading skills
• Willingness to travel according to the assigned schedule

Dress Code:

• Closed-toe shoes
• Jeans
• Plain shirt (no graphics)
• Jacket or sweatshirt recommended for cooler areas

Important:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment position.
Contractors are compensated weekly per completed project and manage their own taxes, travel, and lodging.
All necessary scanning equipment will be provided for use during assignments.
