INDEPENDENT LASH ARTIST

<Responsibilities>

• Perform professional eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look, offering expert advice on styles, lengths, and volume options
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations, including proper sterilization of tools and equipment
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like volume or hybrid lashes, and advanced treatments such as dermal fillers or body waxing to expand your skill set

<Experience>

• Proven experience as a Lash Artist or in a related cosmetology field with certification in eyelash extensions
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and infection control practices in a beauty or medical spa setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations
• Experience and licensure in other beauty treatments such as makeup application, eyebrow services, or skin care services a plus
• Familiarity with social media management for marketing your services and growing your clientele
