Position Summary

Holland Medical Courier is seeking professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented individuals to join our medical logistics team. The Medical Courier Driver is responsible for the secure, timely, and compliant transportation of medical specimens and related materials between hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This position requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical specimens, documents, and materials in accordance with established schedules and urgent requests
• Maintain strict chain‑of‑custody procedures and ensure accurate documentation for all deliveries
• Handle all medical materials with care, professionalism, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Communicate effectively and courteously with healthcare personnel, dispatchers, and team members
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements
• Represent Holland Medical Courier in a professional manner at all times

Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must successfully pass a background check due to the sensitive nature of medical materials
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to maintain professionalism in fast‑paced or time‑sensitive situations
• Prior experience in courier services, medical transport, or logistics is preferred but not required

Pay: $22.40 - $26.98 per hour
