• Safely load and unload medical specimens, equipment, and supplies using appropriate lifting techniques.
• Drive your own vehicle: Car, SUV, Car Van, Box trucks or similar commercial vehicles to deliver items along designated routes efficiently and on schedule
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and documented properly in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Maintain communication with dispatch or healthcare facilities to confirm delivery details and address any issues promptly
• Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and moving
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws, including manual transmission operation if applicable
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with healthcare staff, patients, and facility personnel during deliveries

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services, preferably within a healthcare or warehouse environment
• Knowledge of route driving best practices for efficiency and safety in urban or rural settings
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members
• Valid driver’s license suitable for operating commercial vehicles;

• Blood-borne Pathogen Compliance
